Morning meditation
Look around you. Above and below, in front and behind. You are already everything you need to be. The moment you were born, it was done. You are whole. You are enough. Everything since then is an addition. Now look within and truly see your beauty and your magnitude.
Look around you again. Hear the sounds of nature, the sounds of people, the abundance that surrounds you. Feel what it’s like to be fully present. And listen to your body as it breathes.
Now breathe with it. Slowly, your breath will deepen and you will begin to feel everything within you. Feel your body that knows everything and thank it, because it is always here for you. Every cell is working with you. Now work with it and feel life within you. You already know everything you are, and this is exactly where you are meant to be.
Keep breathing, and once again notice what is around you. What you can hear, see, smell. This time more clearly, more deeply, more fully. Let it fill you and breathe out. All of that is also you. All those beautiful sounds, scents, the richness of your breath. Feel the richness of your breath. Let it move through every cell.
Stay here for a moment, and then continue. Aware that you are part of everything, and grateful that you can feel it and that you are here.
This is the base. These are the roots. This is always available to you. You can share it with others if you want to, and you don’t have to, because it is always with you. And people can feel it.

Do not wait. Do not worry. Do not be afraid. You already know. Just be here. It doesn’t matter how well you sing or dance. It doesn’t matter if you are not in rhythm with others. That is exactly how it is meant to be. That is exactly how you are meant to be.
Let go, relax and participate. That is how you contribute. That is all you need to do. Just be aware that you are part of everything, and everything is part of you. Love yourself. Love everything and everyone. It is all you.
And that is it. As simple as it can be.
Now let your body continue breathing on its own and move on. Just as you trust your body to breathe and your heart to beat, trust that everything else you need, you already know and have. Trust yourself and the life around you, in every step. Everything is here for you. And you are here for everything.
Stretch your body gently and softly. Relax your shoulders, your stomach, your jaw.
Look around you. Above and below, in front and behind. You are far more than you think, and you are already everything you need to be.
